Success Lead
Janice Ha is the Venture Success Lead, closely involved with each project to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
She graduated with a degree in International Economics from the Foreign Trade University and holds an MBA from the Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Besides her management background, she has a particular fondness for numbers and a deep interest in economic management. Drawing on this experience and perspective, Janice supports the team by closely working with each partner, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and compiling needs throughout the implementation process.
At Money X, Janice and the team build a positive work environment and a dedicated customer experience, from daily communication to handling even the smallest details. She believes in genuine connection, teamwork, and a meticulous work ethic – qualities that define Money X in how we partner with our clients. .
When not in the office, Janice often spends time with her family, cycling around West Lake, and working out at the gym, which energizes her.
