Your Role: Senior Consultant. You will be directly involved in understanding client challenges, developing strategic direction and implementing solutions for both B2C and B2B clients. Your work goes beyond client support or responding to requests; you will work on real business challenges alongside experienced specialists, while progressively building your capabilities in analysis, consultative communication, client relationship management and project delivery.
At Money X, you will not simply “follow a process”. You will understand why decisions are made, contribute your perspective and receive regular feedback to develop along a clear career path. This role is ideal if you want to move from a service-delivery mindset to that of an adviser: understanding context, identifying priorities and creating long-term value for clients.

What Will You Do in Your First 90 Days?
- First 30 days: Complete onboarding, learn our ways of working and observe real advisory cases.
- First 60 days: Work with a mentor to analyse client needs, prepare proposals and track selected project workstreams.
- First 90 days: Begin taking ownership of part of an advisory or implementation engagement, with clear goals, scope and feedback.
- You enjoy strategic thinking more than working within predefined templates.
- You want work you can be proud of—not simply another entry on your CV.
- You have at least two years of experience in B2C or B2B consulting or marketing; experience in finance, insurance, real estate or investment is preferred.
- You know how to use social media to build a personal brand.
- You hold a college or university degree, preferably in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics or Marketing.
- You do not need a perfect CV. We want to understand who you are and the direction in which you want to grow.
